My old plant

Well, my cousin Jenn is the winner. I've had this Monstera plant since college, specifically Aug of 1998 when my Aunt VaLynn moved and gave it to me. So, I've moved this plant from UT to CO, to NM, to OK, to MI and now to Philly. He didn't make the trip to France though. Brad's dad watched him. :o)

I've been told the name of that plant several times but I always fall back on "office plant" when ever I refer to it. It appears that your plant might have an unwanted guest for dinner unless this is a special holy/wholly office plant. If not, I'd invest in some bug killer if you want this geriatric plant to survive another decade. Congrats on keeping him alive for so long. Yes, I too refer to plants in the masculine. I've never referred to a plant in any other way. Kind of like how guys refer to boats and cars in the feminine. I wonder if anyone has ever done any research on that, why women tend to refer to inanimate objects in the masculine and why men do it in the feminine. Weird.
