Anyone else still trying to get their taxes done? Uh yeah. That's me. One week to go and still working on my taxes. Somehow, I'm not as motivated to get it done when we have to pay... We are doing our own taxes; 'we' being Brad. And since he knows about blood and guts, not as much about taxes and deductibles, any help with understanding the W2 form is greatly appreciated. How about you? Do you do your own taxes? Are you done yet?

I used to do our taxes [we've been married for 10 years], but the last three years I have used turbo tax on-line. We file federal and two state. Knock on wood, turbo tax has been great. We get a little discount for being USAA. B of A has a turbo tax on-line discount too.
We have always done our own too! My sister is a CPA so she looks over them once we are done....I've really procrastinated this year on it. I'm sure it has to do with having to pay back our $4500 home credit since we sold our MI house, buying and selling a house this year, living in MI and OK, and also having a city tax in MI.......that's alot of forms!!
I'm going to get toted off to jail!! :)
We always did our own until last year. It got WAY to complicated with working in 3 states in one year and owning a random home and renting, blah, blah. I was just afraid we'd screw it up and go to jail. Now we leave it to the professionals. Good luck with all that!
