In other cute news, I was laying down in C's room trying to get her to sleep, and she walked over and pulled a shirt out of the drawer and brought it across the room to me. Then she wandered around a little while. After a couple of minutes, she came back, got the shirt, and put it back in the drawer and shut it. Why can't my boys spontaneously pick up their clothes?!

Ms Chatterbox
C provided lots of entertainment. I already fear her teenage years. She is such a girly girl. I was talking to At&t. They charged us $55 for cellular internet usage that we didn't use. So I was talking it through with them when C walked up and put her hand on her ear. That is how she says she wants to talk. I didn't think the representative wanted to talk to my 1 yr old, so I told her no. Oh how she screamed! She really wanted to talk. After I got off the phone with At&t, I called Brad. C again walked up with the phone sign. This time I let her talk. She talked and talked and talked. Oh boy. We're in trouble.

Brrrr!
Well, C is a walker now. Full-time. She walks around with her hands up. Very adorable. She even figured out how to stand up without using something to pull up on. She looks so cute as a little stink bug.
In other news, it is freezing cold here. Literally. My hands turned to ice just walking to get the mail.
I'm looking forward to having tomorrow off from driving the kids back and forth to school. And Brad will be home in the morning, so that is nice.
I can't think of much else going on that is exciting. Except that Robyn's drawing is tomorrow. I hope ya'll checked it out and got entered!

Where's the snow?
I woke up and all of the snow was gone. Huh?! That was fast! I hear it could be the hottest day on record. And right now we have a thunderstorm. A thunderstorm? In January? Is that normal?
We also got our piano tuned today. It was a whole step off. The guy winced when he played it. I want to learn how to play again. And now it actually sounds good when I play!

Maybe
C is still trying to decide if walking is her preferred method of transportation. She can walk across the room and down the hall. And sometimes she'll do it without us coaxing her. But more often than not, she'd still rather crawl. She is such a cutie.

Happy New Year!
We've had to be flexible this holiday season. Brad was working on our anniversary, on Christmas, and tonight on New Year's Eve. Poor guy. At least I got to be on the phone with him when the clock stuck midnight. I told him to save his first kiss for me. :)
